Italy Trip!
I returned from a very nice, but way too short of a trip to Italy! I'll share some pics with you here and more later on my FB account. We arrived in Rome a week ago, Thursday morning, spent all day Thursday and Friday and part of Saturday in Rome. Saturday we drove down to Naples. Sunday after Mass we visited Pompei then drove to the hillside overlooking the Amalfi Coast - then a brief tour of downtown Naples. Monday was spent in Naples at my son's apartment, mostly taking it easy - and doing laundry. Tuesday we got an early start and went to Montepulciano, then up to Siena, then to Florence, then to Pisa - and as the sun was setting on our trip we headed back to Rome for a quick nap at the hotel before flying back to the States on Wednesday, arriving home quite late in the evening. Details to accompany pics.
Caio!

Keep in mind while posting:
1) Please respond ON TOPIC to the article at hand.
2) Posts more than 4 weeks old are set to automatically save new comments for moderation - so your comment may not show up immediately if you're responding to an older post.
3) The "Spam Filter" is on - and randomly messages get caught in that filter. I have no control over which messages get caught in the spam filter and those that do must wait for me to mark them as "not spam." A message caught by the spam filter may show up for a moment, making you think it posted, and then disappear. Do not assume I have deleted your comment, it's probably just the spam filter and it will show up.
